On the surface, it might seem like Israel's strike on Iran didn't "do anything." But that is because most of the targets hit were Surface to Air missile and radar sites, where civilians with cell phones would not normally be allowed. Also note that Israel may have struck manufacturing facilities precisely because their lack of tankers would not enable the mission and ordinance requirements to target underground facilities. But the real winner here is the F-35 which performed admirably striking targets deep inside Iran. This action alone should put any questions about the F-35 to bed.
