A number of people sent me this video clip of what is supposed to be North Korean troops in Kursk Oblast, Russia.  While Russia does not "care" about it's soldiers the same way the west does, their training has improved since 2022. So these may be North Korean soldiers simply because they are bunched up and do not react appropriately to the drone. If these are North Korean troops, they will learn as survivors become veterans.
