The sidebar is the main component for navigating an interface. Users use it daily, so choosing the optimal color scheme is imperative. However, a few questions come to mind, such as which scheme best aids findability and which is easiest on the eyes.

The color scheme choices most designers use are White, Tinted, Shaded, and Black. White and Black schemes have no hue, but Tinted and Shaded do. There was a sidebar version with a more intense hue, but it wasn’t worth considering because it was an eyesore.
