My fellow Americans, we stand at a crossroads of history. In Ukraine, a nation yearns for freedom, its people brave and resolute in the face of Russian aggression. Now I know some of you believe in America First, and I do too. I believe that America should be the first to bomb you if you ever raise a hand against the innocent. Well, it seems like our foreign policy right now is based on Calvinball where the rules are made up and change from play to play. Now maybe bombing people who step out of line wasn’t the best policy, but you have to admit it was consistent and countries knew what to expect. And to those who would betray our values, who would cozy up to the bear of Russian aggression, know this: America's allegiance is not for sale, and traitors will find no refuge in the halls of liberty. We cannot turn a blind eye to tyranny, nor can we allow the flames of liberty to be extinguished by the heavy hand of oppression. Let us reaffirm our commitment to freedom, let us stand firm against the tide of tyranny, and let us ensure that Ukraine remains sovereign, secure, and free. God bless America. Ronald Reagan was the 40th President of the United States, serving from 1981 to 1989. A former Hollywood actor turned politician, Reagan was known for his conservative ideology, economic policies dubbed "Reaganomics," and his role in ending the Cold War. His charismatic leadership style and unwavering optimism earned him the nickname "The Great Communicator." You're currently a free subscriber to The official Ryan McBeth Substack.
